If your order includes compression therapy products of 20-30 mmhg or higher, we must have your prescription on file before we can ship your order.
There are two ways to send us the prescription for your compression therapy products.
If you email a prescription, please write your order number on your prescription.
Under privacy regulations, you have a right to request a prescription from your physician. If you have difficulty accessing your prescription, please contact our Customer Service team for assistance.
Please be sure to promptly send any required prescriptions compression therapy products. These will be necessary to process and ship your order quickly.
All Canadian orders are shipped via Canada Post - Express Mail Prepaid. We will estimate your product's arrival date and will notify you of the shipping date once processing has been completed.
Orders are processed within 3 business days.
In the event that a product you request is not in our stock and the manufacturer is back-ordered, we will notify you.
Orders totaling $0 - 24.99 have a $6.95 shipping cost.
Orders totaling $25 - 99.99 have a $10.95 shipping cost.
Order totals exceeding $100 will be shipped FREE of charge using Canada Post, unless the order exceeds our standard weight capacity including PAP machines and battery backup equipment.
Many of our products are available for rush shipping (next day air, second day air, and so on).

If you do not have a prescription for your purchase, these tax rates apply:

All medical garments that contain fabric or silicone listed on our website are considered personal hygiene items and cannot be returned, whether the packaging is opened or not. If you are unsure of the right product or size, we can help. Please feel free to give us a call if you are not about your order. Our customer service department is extremely knowledgeable in our listed products and will be glad to answer any question that you may have regarding sizing or product compatibility.
We may accept returns on non-fabric or non-silicone unopened products within 10 days of the original purchase date. A 15% restocking fee will be subtracted from the original cost and a credit will be issued for the difference. Shipping costs are not refundable. Call our office to obtain an RMA number before returning the unopened item. Any product that has been opened cannot be returned, without exception.
On the rare occasion that a product is received with a manufacturer's defect, call us immediately and we will determine the appropriate steps to take. We will otherwise return your call on the next business day. Should you encounter a defect, we will forward you a Return Authorization number prior to you sending the item back at your expense. Once the returned item has been received and a defect is found present, a replacement or credit will be issued to you at our discretion.
If an item is returned to us without the "RA" number, it will not be accepted.
